Job responsibilities

- Secure the product’s long-term success and experience through a robust go-to-market strategy and complete operational readiness.
- Build a shared product vision and roadmap through collaboration with product teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment between strategy and execution.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with client stakeholders while leading and coaching a group of Product Managers to bridge technical and business worlds.
- Drive the overall product development lifecycle and product release management to continuously deliver undeniable value to our clients.
- Track industry trends and the competitive landscape by undertaking formative research and data-driven analysis to inform target market segments.
- Frame and run rapid experiments to test new business ideas and validate assumptions through data.
- Define key metrics of success and use data-driven insights to inform every strategic decision.
- Own the product backlog while constantly evolving and prioritizing it based on user research and the latest changes in the market.
- Ensure ongoing buy-in and support from stakeholders by bringing in external research to validate the product direction.
- Contribute to the growth of our business by taking an active part in recruiting, community building, and driving best practices within the product discipline.

Job qualifications Technical Skills

- Demonstrate proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate and lead in a diverse, integral business environment.
- Showcase familiarity and curiosity regarding AI Tooling, integrating these technologies into the product lifecycle where applicable.
- Execute research-oriented and data-driven strategies to improve understanding of user needs and product performance.
- Apply extensive experience in market positioning to ensure products achieve and maintain a competitive edge.




- Work at both the portfolio and product level, defining strategy and translating it into a roadmap with clear business and customer value-based measures.
- Maintain a track record of delivering successful software products to market that provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Utilize a deep understanding of user research and design methods to shape product development.
- Apply a strong understanding of agile software development practices and product maintenance/support processes.
- Demonstrate passion and perseverance for creating best-in-class software solutions.
- Leverage data to quantify the value created for the customer and the business.

Must reside within a distance that allows for easy daily commuting to Santiago, Chile.
