About the Role

As our Client Experience Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone, aligned with KPIs and service standards
- Managing the client experience inbox and other communication channels with timely and accurate responses
- Documenting and categorizing client issues to generate insights for service improvement
- Maintaining and updating the Website Support Page and Knowledge Base
- Enhancing communication methods and channels to improve client experience
- Supporting client conversion and retention efforts
- Assisting clients with account verification when needed

About You

- Candidate should have experience working in a similar customer service role
- Ideally a background in financial services or fintech
- Familiarity with CRM systems and trading platforms (MT4, MT5)
- Degree in business, communications, or related field
- Experience in client support and problem resolution




- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Gmail, Slack
