Your Role

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful closings by:

Managing and streamlining 150+ real estate transactions
Keeping clients informed throughout the process
Coordinating inspections, repairs, and key deadlines
Ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time
Delivering a seamless experience from contract to close

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator (real estate experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proven ability to manage 80+ transactions in an active pipeline
Highly organized, proactive, and growth-minded




Weekend availability when needed
For candidates with children: reliable childcare during working hours to ensure full focus and productivity
