About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Pipe VDC Engineer to join our dynamic team. The idóneo candidate will play a key role in the detailed design and development of mechanical piping models for coordination and shop drawings for construction and prefabrication, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the representation of mechanical systems.



This position requires proficiency in industry-standard software tools and a strong understanding of design principles to support project delivery from concept through completion.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit Fabrication and NavisWorks to support project objectives.
- Create and modify detailed shop drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate designs across disciplines.
- Draft construction documents and prepare layouts for mechanical design projects.
- Work with point clouds to coordinate with existing conditions.
- Conduct quality control checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness before delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, including 3D animations, to effectively communicate design intent.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in BIM technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
