Delivery Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead and manage a structure of 200+ professionals, including Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers, working for over 30 US-based clients. This is a high-impact role with limitless growth opportunities in the fastest-growing company in the world. Your leadership will ensure that KPIs are met, processes are adhered to, and operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor teams of Project Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L;) responsibility and management control.
- Act as the escalation point for operational and delivery-related issues, ensuring prompt conflict resolution.




- Collaborate with the PMO on the execution of procedures for PMs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to enforce HR policies across the team.
- Monitor the performance of Project Managers, managing a team ranging between 5 and 10 PMs overseeing 200+ team members.
- Ensure efficient reporting and escalation methodologies to maintain smooth operations.
- Address HR-related matters with the HRBP and escalate relevant issues as needed.
- Present complex operational challenges to Account Managers (AMs) while supporting the relationship between PMs and clients.
- Ensure that communication between PMs and Clients is professional, clear, and effective.

What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, managing teams of 50+ people including 3+ PMs in the IT sector.
