– Senior SAP FICO Consultant (12+ years)Senior SAP FICO Consultant Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with over 12 years of professional experience to lead finance transformation initiatives, drive SAP Finance optimization, and support general and regional SAP programs.The ideal candidate will combine deep functional expertise in SAP FI/CO (ECC and S/4HANA) with strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, including CFO-level executives. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and transformation initiatives across global and LATAM environmentsDrive Finance Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments Act as a Finance Track Lead, coordinating with global stakeholders, business users, and technical teamsDesign and implement financial processes including: General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Treasury and Cash ManagementSupport and lead data migration, system integration, and testing activities Define and implement internal controls, compliance frameworks, and audit-ready processes Good knowledge of the tables involved in the R2R flowDrive electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing) and regulatory compliance solutions (e.g., DRC) Lead multi-country rollouts and localization projects across LATAMProvide functional leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to consultants and client teamsAct as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders,
