Job Details:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES _(DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES)_:_
- Fulfill all the legal regulatory requirements, set forth by the Country Ministry of Health
- Maintain and assure compliance with applicable ICH, GMP,GCP,GDP and FDA Good Clinical Practices, local regulatory affairs, legal requirements and World Courier Standard Operating Procedures ( or any other so required)
- Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures, with contain all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities, from the moment of reception of the products until the shipment / delivery of the products to the sites and return process if required.
- Ensure that all Depot activities performed such as, reception, storage, labelling, shipment, returns, etc are developed in accordance with WC SOPS.
- Have deep knowledge of all protocols stored ar WC Depot in order to provide instructions to Depot Staff.
- Verify and organize all the documentation received, shipment arrival conditions, storage and all extra documentation related to products received at Depot.




- Be in daily contact with WC customers to provide them support concerning to protocols stored at WC Depot.
- Have deep knowledge about Wc Depot installations in addition to the different equipments located there.
- Identify and solve possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against working schedule.
- It may be required to be on call 24/7 to provide telephone assistance in case of any inconvenience occurring at Depot
- Collaborate with other company departments in order to make reports and assure that all the information arrives in a proper time.
- Be in daily contact with WC customers to provide them support concerning to protocols stored at WC Depot.
- Have deep knowledge about Wc Depot installations in addition to the different equipments located there.
- Identify and solve possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against working schedule.
