About the role:
Your duties will span across People, Process, and Technology.



You will lead your team in areas such as recruitment, mentorship, and performance oversight. Additionally, you will propose and improve engineering workflows to foster responsibility and efficiency. You’ll collaborate with your engineers to develop a technical roadmap that emphasizes scalability and maintenance, while also encouraging innovation within the team.

What you will do:
- Build and manage an engineering team spread across various time zones and countries.
- Uphold high standards for communication, ownership, and quality, with a focus on asynchronous execution.
- Develop future technical leaders by encouraging both technical and interpersonal skill development, and identifying mentorship and training opportunities.
- Ensure team tasks are visible, well-organized, on track, and that expectations are effectively managed.
