The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, engaging with our audience, and elevating our brand's online presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand's goals and objectives
- Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize our strategy and drive growth
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels




- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve our social media presence
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Utilize tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics and assets for social media posts
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and inform our social media strategy
- Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance to the marketing team and senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset
- Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuit
