ABOUT APPLY DIGITALTHE ROLE:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop, manage, and evolve a territory sales plan, including key targets and stakeholders.
- Manage a team of sales developers and SMEs for the Latin American region.
- Lead the sales team in outreach efforts to tier 1 prospects and decision-makers.
- Build relationships and account plans with the sales reps from our Alliance partners, which include software firms, agencies, and service firms.
- Qualify new opportunities along with the sales support team.
- Work closely with the assigned team to close deals and negotiate business terms.
- Build awareness and generate leads by attending networking events.
- Support the marketing and partnership team with business insights to optimize lead generation and relationships.
- Participate in the Regional Leadership Team and support the development and growth of the region.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10+ years experience in acquiring new clients for a digital agency, digital product studio, management consulting, or e-commerce agency.
Prior experience closing US $1M+ services contracts in following industries: B2B, Consumer Goods, Retail, Telco.
- A deep network and expertise in selling/consulting in the Latam region. A proven hunter with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Understanding digital transformation trends, technologies, and best practices, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling value propositions.
- Understands the Latin American region and its particularities in doing business; knows how to surf the cultural differences of each country.
- Knows how to build and lead a sales team. Brings experience in managing salespeople and helping them meet their targets.
- A natural storyteller with the ability to take clients on a journey. You leverage your strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You’re comfortable working alongside technical leaders, mar
