Business Need / Purpose of Role:
The Accounts Analyst reporting to Finance Manager will be performing account analysis and accounting records for the closing process Monthly and Annual Financial Statement. Accounting, control and reporting of tax accounts established in the VAT Law.

Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities
- Making monthly VAT tax Refunds.




- Monthly reconciliations of their respective VAT and account analysis
- Issue and control of legal books required by the national Tax Office.
- Provides information required by the Authority for the purposes of recovery of taxes.
- Provides information for purposes of determining taxes required by the Municipality.
- Analysis making deductions to personal account.
- Monthly preparation of Overheads Cost.
- Preparation of intercompany reporting, accounting records and reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
- Accounting records of ISS Chile and Agencias Marítimas Christophersen Ltda.
- Billing process’s support of commission Vendors and Subagents.
- Reconciliation of rebates´s bills with vendors
- Ensures high accuracy on accounting records and posting of cost records timely.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- English intermediate level is preferred
- Knowledge of Accounting, Taxes (VAT), and overall B
