We’re building something new inside our AI Studio, and we’re looking for a
Senior Principal Product Manager to help shape it with us. This role sits at the
center of a new and constantly evolving business area. The problems are still
taking shape, and the roadmap is intentionally incomplete. What excites us is
the opportunity to push the boundaries of what stories and characters can be—and
to use technology to bring iconic IP to life as interactive, expressive
experiences that extend beyond traditional formats.

We work where storytelling, imagination, and technology converge. Our focus is




on defining and building the core system that transforms characters and worlds
from something audiences watch into something they can interact with and engage
over time. This work spans both digital and physical products and establishes
the foundation for how stories continue, evolve, and scale.

This role helps build a new product space and shape how work gets done. You will
collaborate closely with engineers, designers, brand leaders and creative
partners to deliver work that is visible, impactful, and foundational to how we
bring characters to life. Success in this position means turning ambiguity into
capabilities that meaningfully transform how characters are experienced.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will define both the direction of our AI-powered character
experiences and the path to make them real. You will balance long-term thinking
