On behalf of a world-leading ICT Solutions Provider, we are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Mobile Optimization Technical Director - (Smartcare) to join our Service & Software Group in Chile. This role is essential for driving the performance, user experience, and data-driven optimization of mobile networks using advanced "SmartCare" analytics platforms for major telecommunications carriers in the region.

Responsibilities

Performance Strategy & Insight Design:
Lead the end-to-end optimization strategy for mobile networks (4G/5G), leveraging the SmartCare platform to transform raw network data into actionable insights for improved Customer Experience Management (CEM).
Develop and validate complex data models and Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) that map technical network performance (KPIs) to the vigente end-user experience.
Design high-level optimization roadmaps that utilize big data analytics to identify and resolve systemic network bottlenecks in high-traffic urban and industrial zones.

Data Leadership & Project Execution:




Act as the primary technical authority for network performance during carrier-grade audits and optimization projects, utilizing SQL and advanced data visualization tools to present performance trends.
Lead the implementation of automated optimization workflows, ensuring the seamless integration of SmartCare insights into the client's existing Operations Support Systems (OSS).
Oversee critical performance benchmarking and multi-vendor troubleshooting trials to ensure network stability and adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Network Intelligence & Optimization:
Serve as the senior escalation point for resolving complex interference, handover failures, and capacity constraints identified through deep-packet inspection and signaling analysis.
Utilize data analysis tools to monitor market-wide traffic trends, providing strategic feedback to global R&D; teams to refine radio resource management algorithms.
