Role Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in the photovoltaic (PV) market to join our Digital Power team. The selected candidate will be responsible not only for solution design and technical support, but also for service delivery management, ensuring successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Work Experience & Knowledge

Electrical Engineer degree.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the PV market.
BESS knowledge is a plus.
AutoCAD proficiency.

Skillset:

Strong negotiation skills in complex scenarios.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Basic technical knowledge of Huawei technology (Inverters and BESS).
Project management skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Advanced English level (mandatory).





Key Responsibilities
Develop PMGD projects and guide customers on HUAWEI FusionSolar solutions.
Organize and deliver customer presentations introducing HUAWEI solutions and value proposition.
Design solar projects and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Participate in market activities to identify and develop new solar opportunities.
Conduct market analysis and provide insights on key trends and new policies.
Ensure effective service delivery, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to guarantee proper project execution, timely implementation, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
