You will partner closely with sales teams to understand customer challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions. The position involves leading technical discovery sessions, designing tailored demonstrations, and guiding prospects through proof-of-value engagements. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders, from engineers to executives, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business needs. This is a highly impactful, customer-facing role in a fast-moving, globally distributed, remote-first environment. You will also contribute to shaping technical narratives that clearly communicate product value and differentiation. Accountabilities:




Partner with Sales Executives to drive end-to-end technical sales cycles, from discovery to evaluation and deal closure.
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, pain points, and success criteria.
Design and deliver tailored demos, presentations, and technical narratives for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions that highlight product value and differentiation.
Lead proof-of-value (POV) and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, including integrations within customer environments.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with clear, accurate, and compelling technical responses.
Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and product teams, sharing customer insights and feedback.
Support customer workshops, conferences, and technical thought leadership initiatives when required.
