As a Client Engagement Trading EXP specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with our trading products, including consumer, spot, margin, futures, and Kraken Desktop.
You will handle inquiries across our web, app, and desktop platforms, resolving technical issues and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Answer client questions on trading, futures, consumer, Kraken Desktop, and Crypto DW via text and live support channels (Zendesk, Email, Telegram).
Diagnose and resolve clients' trading/futures/Kraken Desktop/Crypto DW issues.
Provide testing and feedback for new trading features before release to clients.
Assist in managing the Consumer/Trading/Futures/Kraken Desktop support team (QA other specialists, improving training materials, updating Confluence articles).
Provide calculation breakdowns for clients' questions regarding fees, margin levels, P/L explanations, etc.
Potentially monitor trading activity for fraudulent actions or trade‐out attacks.
Skills & Qualification Requirements
Fluent in English.
Knowledge and experience using Kraken Pro platform.
Knowledge of trading, charting, and leveraged trading (Future/Margin or preferably both).
Client support experience.
Good math skills.
Fast learner, able to adapt to changing products.




Available to work evenings and weekends.
Nice to Haves
Experience with other trading platforms (Coinbase, Binance, OKEX, Bitmex, Bybit, Deribit, etc.).
Experience with Google Sheets and Google Script.
Experience with Kraken or similar platform APIs.
Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish (in addition to English).
Other data analytic skills/experience.
Contract & Compensation
This is a fixed‐term contract for a duration of 6 months.
Hiring Process
Pre‐screen assessment around crypto and customer support (completed within 72 hours).
Screening call with our Talent Acquisition team (30 minutes).
Final interview with the manager/director (60 minutes).
