Skills and Competencies




- Ten to fifteen years of relevant experience with complex financial instruments and/or accounting principles
- Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to assess complex credits at the individual, industry, and country levels
- Proven track record managing and developing high-performing analytical teams
- Strong written and oral communication capabilities in English and Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities within deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to establish strategic direction and drive execution of team goals
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with issuers, investors, and internal partners
- Demonstrated adherence to best practices, policies, and quality standards
- Demonstrates growing awareness of AI risk management principles and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI usage

Education
- Graduate or second-level degree required (e.g., MBA, Master's) or equivalent strong academic background
