About the Role

The role will participate in and lead the site selection, development and strategic promotion of next-generation AI-ready data center campuses in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

I. Infrastructure Development

1. Lead the development of Hyperscale and AI data center campuses in Latin America
2. Identify strategic nodes with large-scale power supply capacity and transmission resources
3. Drive land acquisition, permit approval, environmental impact assessment and public utility coordination
4. Support overall campus planning and infrastructure layout

II. Power and Energy Strategy

1. Coordinate with power companies, transmission companies and new energy developers
2. Promote long-term power purchase agreements (PPA) and energy storage (BESS) strategies
3. Assess grid capacity, substation conditions and power supply risks

III. Hyperscaler and Strategic Client Collaboration

1.



Interface with Hyperscalers, cloud service providers and AI infrastructure customers
2. Drive Build-to-Suit and long-term capacity cooperation
3. Establish long-term partnerships with data center customers

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, energy, data center, telecommunications or large-scale industrial project development
- Experience in advancing large-scale power infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in successfully developing at least one data center
- English as a working language
- Willingness to travel frequently

Work Location

Based in Latin America (Chile preferred, followed by Brazil and Colombia). Versátil across regional project locations.
