is an international customer support provider working with iGaming, Fintech, and IT companies worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Junior/Intermediate Outbound & Retention Specialist based in Chile to join our remote team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Sales or Call Centers who wants to grow in an international and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls to existing clients (iGaming/Betting) to encourage reactivation

• Present bonuses, promotions, and personalized offers

• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication

• Handle objections and maintain customer engagement

• Log interactions and results in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Spanish with a Chilean accent

• English level A2–B1 (basic understanding for internal communication)





• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Call Centers, Customer Support, or Outbound Telemarketing

• Own PC/Laptop (Windows 10/11 or MacOS, minimum 8GB RAM)

• Comfortable working with outbound calls and performance targets

Working Conditions:

• 100% Remote

• Schedule: 5/2 with rotating days off

• Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
(GMT-5)

• Paid online training (4–5 days, compensated after the first month)
