Data + Tealium CDP Engineer at Empresa confidencial

In this role, you'll take ownership of the "Omni space," transforming a CDP implementation from limited adoption to driving real-world retail results. Working with Snowflake data lakes and composable CDP platforms, you'll ensure data is effectively segmented and activated across channels. This is your opportunity to lead a critical turnaround initiative, combining data governance expertise with forward-thinking approaches to customer data platforms and machine learning integration.





What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the CDP implementation and drive business adoption.
- Ensure data from Snowflake is effectively segmented and activated to drive retail results.
- Implement data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Build and maintain ETL and reverse ETL workflows.
- Collaborate with ML Engineers to enable AI/ML models and probabilistic modeling.
- Drive customer data activation across multiple channels.

What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering or CDP implementation.
- Experience with composable CDP platforms such as Hightouch or similar.
- Strong background in data governance.
- Experience with ETL and reverse ETL processes.
- Ability to collaborate with ML Engineers and understand AI/ML model requirements.
- Forward-thinking approach regarding AI/ML models and probabilistic modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
