CBM360TIV is seeking an experienced Mining Inspector to support a Mining & Mineral Loss Control Project in Chile.
The role focuses on ensuring operational compliance, mineral quality verification, and adherence to technical and safety standards across mining activities.
Reporting To
Project Quality Control Manager / Site Operations Lead
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site mining inspections and compliance checks
Monitor ore extraction, handling, and processing activities
Verify mineral quality standards and sampling accuracy
Ensure adherence to operational and safety regulations
Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports
Identify and report process deviations or losses
Education & Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
Experience




5–10 years of experience in mining inspection or mineral operations
Prior exposure to Africa or South America mining projects preferred
Technical Skills
Mining inspection and reporting systems
Sampling and ore quality assessment
Knowledge of mining safety and compliance standards
Basic understanding of mineral processing workflows
