Hi there We are Jules and our client is looking for a Business Development Lead

We're looking for a Business Development lead to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in the video production industry by driving sales for both small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) and mid-market clients.

As a full-service video production agency, we collaborate with some of the world’s leading companies, delivering high-quality television campaigns across Australia and the U.S., generating over 1.3 billion views.

This role requires energy, resilience, and a “hustle” mentality. You’ll be responsible for pitching to new business prospects and generating video content concepts for clients, primarily senior decision-makers in ecommerce and technology sectors. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge startups and leading tech brands, building lasting relationships and driving growth for our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of video production opportunities with general startups and technology companies.




- Engage with key decision makers, handle objections, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the Account Director on team reporting, KPIs, and coaching the sales and strategy teams on best practices.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, encouraging repeat business and ongoing engagement with our video production services.
- Assist in training and coaching the sales team to improve techniques and performance.

- Smart, tenacious, and goal-oriented with the ability to overcome objections.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging marketing heads, managers, and social media executives in discovery meetings.
