About the Role:Are you an eloquent communicator with a background in sales across digital, creative, agency, or video? We're looking for a Video Strategist to join our team This role is perfect for someone looking to kick-start or further their career in video production sales, with the opportunity to eventually transition into a closing or Account Manager position.

We are a full-service video production agency working with some of the world's most innovative companies, creating high-impact campaigns seen across global platforms. With a strong portfolio of over 450 clients, including major tech brands and startups, you’ll be joining a small, ambitious team with a market-leading offering and an effective sales process.

What You'll Do:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of video production opportunities with integral startups and technology companies.
- Pitch new business and develop video content concepts for existing clients, primarily senior decision-makers in the tech and startup sectors.




- Conduct discovery calls, presenting creative video concepts through visual presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
- Work with warm inbound leads (95% of opportunities) and engage in consultative sales conversations to identify the best video solutions for their needs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic, creative solutions that align with clients' business objectives.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with marketing heads and managers effectively.
