As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data and developing and maintaining Tableau visualizations and dashboards for the Go To Market (GTM) organization to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business decision-making and enhance sales performance. Proficiency in building intuitive and robust dashboards and analyses using Tableau, SQL, or Python is expected.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze sales data from various sources, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Develop and maintain data models to support sales analysis
- Develop and maintain Tableau visualizations and dashboards to visualize sales data and performance
- Work with business users to gather requirements and design visualizations




- Work with sales teams to identify and address data-related challenges
- Train business users on how to use Tableau
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure that data is available in a format that is compatible with Tableau
- Comfortably handle large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and reliability while drawing meaningful conclusions for the organization
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Tableau features and best practices

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data science, statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques using as SQL or Python
- Exposure to big data platforms - Snowflake, Redshift, Azure, Matillion, Hadoop
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
