Role

The Solutions Architect reports to the Director, LATAM Architecture and Systems Integration and works closely with many different types of profiles like Business Analysts, Configurators, Project Managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise‑grade integration solutions for our global clients in the insurance industry. This role requires deep expertise in integration architecture, cloud infrastructure, and middleware technologies, with a focus on scalability, observability, performance, and security in mission‑critical systems. The role also involves technical leadership in front of enterprise clients, coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving architectural decisions across complex, multi‑system environments.
