About the Role

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of products, solutions, integrations, processes, and workflows used in typical customer engagements.

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience working in a ServiceNow Admin, Developer, or Architect role as a ServiceNow customer or with a ServiceNow implementation and deployment partner.
- Experienced working with the following ServiceNow components and modules:
- ServiceNow Incident Management (IM), Major Incident Management (MIM):
- ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM):
- ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM):
- ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB):
- Scripting in ServiceNow, a solid understanding of JavaScript:
- Scripted REST APIs, ServiceNow APIs:
- Import Tables, Custom Tables, Standard Module Tables, Extending Tables:
- Business Rules:
- Event Queues:
- Script Actions:
- Script Includes:
- Comfortable working directly with customers, ServiceNow administrators, developers, and architects.




- Outstanding problem-solving skills: consistent track record in structuring sophisticated problems and developing solutions.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently in a customer request-driven environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills in professional business environments.
