British American Tobacco Chile has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Area Manager in Antofagasta

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
- Set clear goals in a multicategory base, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team's success.
- Ensure that Trade area is well trained and motivated in order that trade marketing and distribution representation is superior to the competition in respect of both core and added value services
- Continuously analyze the traditional channel market to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and growth opportunities.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress, and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure objectives are met.
- Gather market intelligence to provide insights for product development and pricing strategies.

What are we looking for?
- University degree in fields such as Business Engineering, Administration, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic roles within a related industry, proven experience in different sales channels preferably in multi-category management.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
