**Your Role**:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as a Category Regional Head of Travel Fleet and Event Management. You will be accountable for strategy development, design of traveller-journey and implementation of both at regional level. Moreover you will be accountable for category management of a portfolio of business travel, fleet and event related spend categories in a matrix environment. As a key interface between internal customer departments (e.g. HR, our company’s Business Services, Business sectors) and our external supplier base, the Regional Head of Travel Fleet and Event Management is accountable for understanding key business drivers and ensuring that requirements are fulfilled. Dedicated responsibilities are the regional strategic parts of program management and (limited) strategic sourcing activities as well as key business partnering for selected countries within Americas.

**Who you are**:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or other relevant area
- 5+ years of experience in airline or business travel, fleet and event industry in a sales function or
- Proven experience in negotiation of business travel supplier contracts
- Solid background in finance and project management experience
- Technology-savvy to leverage eProcurement and eSourcing tools such as: SAP, Oracle, and/or
- Advanced analytical skills and extensive knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Tableau experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and networking skills at all hierarchies
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Team player with ability to actively contribute
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
