About the Role

Additionally, you will deliver value to business throughout waterfall and agile´s delivery methodology.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Strong ability to build business cases and value capture, aligned with strategic company´s pillars;
- Scope management;
- Risk management;
- Develop and control schedules and budget, including forecast, contingency management and mitigation´s plans;
- Resource management;
- Contract management and Contract strategy frameworks, ensuring partnership with local and integral partners;
- Comply with safety standards to execute projects;
- Governance and frameworks for minor and major projects;
- Stakeholder management;
- Connect with local and global teams to capture lessons learned and synergies to deliver fast value.

About You
- You will drive culture of accountability and ownership at all levels, while fostering a culture of operational excellence by taking personal interest in tracking studies,



execution and ensuring delivery of results meets business commitments and communicates these results accordingly.
- Request feedback on systems and processes for Continuous Improvement, point of contact for major issues and escalations relating to project successful resolution, engaging all relevant stakeholders as appropriate, well connected with externals partners and other functions, and work with Supply to coordinate any vendor relationship.
- Bachelor or higher degrees from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) careers. PMP certification is a plus;
- 8 years of relevant project management experience, including experience in mining sector;
- Negotiation skills, to drive decisions without directly authority;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to present and discuss technical information with the business users in business language;
- Flexibility to deal with the transition or transformation of an organization's goals, processes or technologies to proper make a decision;
- Ability to lead and work effectively with remote and at-office teams, guiding and supporting all team members;
- Intermediate English spoken and written. Fluent Spanish.
- Work shift 5x2;
- Santiago based, with availability to travel to mine site sporadically.
