**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with ADP systems.
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant with U.S. labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Support payroll administration, including timesheet review, tax filings, and benefit deductions.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Create and update reports using Google Sheets and Excel as needed for HR metrics and payroll.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong HR and Talent Acquisition experience, with proven ability to manage recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in ADP and knowledge of payroll systems.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Google Sheets and Excel is a plus.
- Strong Problem-Solving skills
