**Asistente de Prevención de Riesgos**

**Objetivo del Puesto**:

- Brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo en la gestión interna de la empresa, asegurando el correcto desarrollo de los procesos, el control documental y la coordinación con otras áreas. Contribuye al cumplimiento de estándares organizacionales, normativos y de prevención de riesgos, fortaleciendo la eficiencia administrativa y la trazabilidad de la información.

**Responsabilidades Clave**:

- Gestionar documentación, registros y archivos administrativos.
- Coordinar tareas operativas, reuniones y recursos del área.
- Apoyar la implementación de normativas internas y de prevención de riesgos.
- Facilitar la comunicación interna y externa con distintas áreas y actores.

**Funciones Principales**:

- Administrar documentos, insumos y trámites administrativos.
- Elaborar reportes, coordinar pagos menores y mantener bases de datos actualizadas.
- Apoyar en la gestión documental y actividades del área de Prevención de Riesgos.
- Colaborar en la organización de capacitaciones, charlas y controles de cumplimiento normativo.

**Requisitos y Competencias**:

- Formación: Enseñanza media completa; deseable título técnico en Administración o Contabilidad.
- Experiência: 1 a 3 años en labores administrativas, idealmente en construcción o infraestructura.
- Conocimientos: Microsoft Office, gestión documental, ERP y normativas básicas de seguridad laboral.
- Certificaciones Deseables: Curso básico en Prevención de Riesgos y gestión documental.
- Competencias Técnicas: Organización, control documental, gestión de procesos administrativos y apoyo logístico.
