We are hiring **experienced Outbound Sales Agents** to call U.S. customers in **NY, NJ, and PA**. This role is for confident closers with proven **U.S. phone sales experience** who can handle objections and hit targets in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound sales calls to U.S. customers
- Handle objections and close sales
- Follow up with prospects to improve conversions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Log calls and notes accurately in the CRM
- Follow scripts, compliance, and quality standards
**Requirements**:
- At least **1 year of U.S. phone sales experience**:
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven objection-handling and closing ability
- CRM experience
- Reliable internet, laptop/desktop, noise-canceling headset
