**Skills & Qualifications**
- _Relevant sales experience in IT companies _
- _Experience and ability managing customer relationships and leveraging those relationships to expand business _
- _Ability to handle multiple sources of information and to consolidate needs for our customers, partners and distributors _
- _Ability to work on several administrative tasks as a part of his/her success on the role _
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English _
- _In-depth understanding of the sales administration process _
- _Excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player _
- _Solid analytical and organizational skills _
- _Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude _
- _BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or relevant field _
- _A technical background in computer science or engineering a plus _
**Job Duties and responsibilities**
- _Manage all the renewals below 15K according to the Renewal Tracking System (RTS), cross/upsell and refresh opportunities on the territory.
Close deals to reach individual Quarterly Quota. _
- _Drive revenue in installed base accounts from the SMB segment. _
- _Manage the full sales-cycle, work closely with partners and distributors. _
- _Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. _
- _Develop/execute account plans for top accounts in the assigned territory. _
- _High-energy, motivated self-starter and team player. _
- _Complete weekly reports with the activities done, including accurate forecasting. Keep Salesforce updated with opportunities and forecasting in order to provide visibility of the territory. _
- _Detect flaws (weak attention from partner to the end user, bad implementation of the Fortinet products, etc) that end users mentioned during your calls and inform them to the Field Team when appropriate. _
- _Participate in the Weekly Forecast meetings from the Field Sales Team and 1:1 forecasting meeting with the Team Lead._
