**About Data Analytics (DA)**

Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond 1000+ (and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering. **What you will be doing at Evalueserve**




- Supporting new and ongoing projects working with Advanced Analytics and Data Science.
- Consulting and collaborating with client stakeholders to define requirements.
- Providing recommendations to address business challenges using specific tools/technologies, such as ML models and AI platforms.
- Data Management using data mining tools, such as Python or R.
- Training and deploying Machine Learning Models.
- Performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and present insights and recommendations.
- Building and maintaining a knowledge base with relevant resources for internal reference.
- Leading projects to deliver high-quality solutions within time and cost requirements.
- Managing resources and developing skills for self and others as required by business needs.

**What we're looking for**
- 3+ years of experience with project management or team leadership.
- Experience with a programming language for data analysis, such as R or Python.
- Knowledge of major ML algorithms/models such as cluster analysis, text mining, correlation analysis, and regression.
- Ability to select models according to business problems.
- Experience or familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and translate requirements into an analytical process.
- Experience with other programing languages would be a plus, such as SQL, SAS, VBA, etc.
