A DAY IN THE LIFE
As our new HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives and partnering with our leaders to empower teams, build capabilities, and shape an inclusive and high-performing culture.
**You will also lead on the**:

- Act as a strategic advisor and coach to managers on talent, rewards, people development and culture.
- Lead and implement HR projects related to performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Analyze people data and trends to recommend proactive solutions, generating and monitoring HR metrics and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.




- Partner with the Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver best-in-class employee experiences.
- Partner with the providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and documentation.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5-7 years of experience in HRBPs roles.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
