**What will you be doing here?**

El Planificador de Mantenimiento (PCM) es responsable de desarrollar y coordinar planes de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo para garantizar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los activos en una operación de separación de líneas y picking de pedidos. Este puesto apoya la implementación de Lean Manufacturing, TPM y ISO 55001, optimizando recursos, reduciendo tiempos muertos y promoviendo la mejora continua. Es un rol principal en la gestión estratégica del mantenimiento y el cumplimiento normativo de la empresa.

**What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?**

Diseñar y actualizar los planes de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo.
Programar recursos técnicos y materiales para trabajos correctivos.



Analizar indicadores como MTTR y MTBF para mejorar la confiabilidad. Gestionar información en el sistema SAP y generar reportes. Coordinar con producción y áreas relacionadas para minimizar interrupciones. Participar en proyectos de mejora continua, como **Kaizen**y **5S**.

Este puesto es esencial para garantizar la continuidad operativa y apoyar los objetivos de excelencia en mantenimiento y gestión de activos
