**Associate Project Manager**:

Leads the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensures that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets. Includes Project Managers assigned to small projects in the service business.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies.




- Monitors and controls project progress effectively and efficient resource utilization; as well as project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
- Identifies and manages project risks, and ensures all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Identifies and plans all document deliverables required by the contractual scope of work and incorporates this plan into the overall project plan/schedule.
- Tracks document progress and follows up on overdue requests from customer.
- Procurement Management.
- Project planning and scheduling.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Electric Engineering or related (experience in Project Management will be prioritized).
- Two years of experience working in similar positions.
- Experience in project management and working with customers.
- Intermediate to advanced English level, and fluent Spanish.
- Leadership, resolute, proactive, customer service, organized and ability to negotiate and reach agreements.
- Availability to travel.
