**Technical Recruiter - Internal Hiring**:
**Type**: Full-Time - Remote (Must maintain core coverage during Eastern Time hours)

**The Opportunity**:
We’re growing fast—and that growth depends on exceptional people. We’re looking for a **Technical Recruiter** to lead internal hiring efforts across engineering, product, and data functions. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting, working closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Run skill-based interviews**: Evaluate technical depth through structured, insight-driven conversations
- ** Leverage recruiting tools**: Work fluently within our ATS, dialers, and sourcing platforms for data accuracy and reporting clarity
- ** Improve the process**: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and help us iterate and scale effectively





**What You’ll Bring**:

- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced staffing or internal hiring environment
- Proven track record hiring technical talent (engineering, product, or data)
- Comfort with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; you know how to keep a pipeline flowing and data clean
- Availability during EST working hours, with flexibility to overlap with PST schedules a few days a week
