We are looking for Executive Headhunters to join our Recruiting Team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. This person must be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities as well as teamwork and multitasking skills. What You Will Do:

- Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Great self-management capacity.
- At least two years of recruiting experience (preferred).
- Experience in selecting executive profiles is a plus.
