Job Description

We are looking for a VP of Product Support to lead, oversee, and optimize the operations of workshops, mining projects, and spare parts & logistics functions, ensuring efficient use of resources. The role aims to meet budget and profitability targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and approve commercial proposals with competitive financial options, negotiate contracts, and secure successful deal closures that meet client expectations.




- Review and present financial reports related to profitability and budgets for assigned operations, ensuring cost control and achievement of financial targets.
- Identify, design, and evaluate new business opportunities or service lines to drive growth and expand the customer base.
- Oversee process improvements, resource allocation, productivity, and labor cost structures across workshops and projects to meet operational and client requirements.

General Responsibilities

- Participate in required training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Perform additional duties as required by the role

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

- At least 5 years of experience in similar leadership roles, or
- Minimum 4 years of internal experience in a section management position

Knowledge

- Familiarity with heavy equipment product lines (preferred)
- Financial and business management knowledge
