Sales Representative – Transplant Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative with experience or a strong interest in the transplant area to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals involved in transplant patient care. You will engage with key stakeholders, including transplant specialists and institutional decision-makers, to understand their needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes.
As a Transplant Specialist, you will leverage your understanding of the transplant ecosystem to identify opportunities, influence treatment decisions, and contribute to optimizing the patient journey. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions,



always ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, ideally intransplant, immunology, nephrology, or specialty care
- Strong ability to build relationships withkey opinion leaders (KOLs) and specialized healthcare professionals
- Solid understanding of healthcare systems and complex patient management
- Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- High ethical standards and strong compliance mindset
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
