Job Summary:
In this role, you will perform routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities and the implementation of cost monitoring and control standards, preparation of cost data, and the project trend program. You will establish stakeholder relationships,



conduct schedule analysis and integrate activities, identify restraints, quantify risks, monitor cost and performance, recommend alternatives. You will assist with budget allocation and developing quantity takeoffs, project codes, and application unit rates.
Major Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems. Coordinating with all departments to ensure understanding of total project schedule needs.
- Coordinating cost engineering/planning and scheduling needs to projects, verifying quantities and JH received from Subcontractors, validated by Construction and Field Engineering.
- Identifying schedule considerations and problems resulting from inter-discipline or functional restraints and interfaces.
- Monitoring and reporting critical path and schedule performance of the total project.
