About The Role

We're looking for a collaborative and results-oriented Earner & Marketplace Operations Manager to help shape the future of Empresa confidencial Eats in Chile, one of Empresa confidencial's fastest-growing markets.

In this role, you will design and execute high-impact initiatives that help keep our marketplace healthy and efficient by balancing supply and demand across both short-term and long-term horizons. You'll leverage data-driven insights, partner closely with local and regional stakeholders, and lead projects that influence marketplace performance, pricing strategy, user behavior, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

Marketplace Strategy & Operations: Own the Eats marketplace strategy for Chile, including courier engagement, retention, incentive programs, and other initiatives that support marketplace growth and reliability.



Develop and execute initiatives that improve marketplace efficiency and help maintain a healthy balance between supply and demand.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support key business decisions. Generate actionable insights that inform incentive design, marketplace reliability initiatives, and operational strategy.
Strategic Planning & Advisory: Partner with senior leadership to shape long-term marketplace strategy through data-driven recommendations.
Define critical performance metrics, build reporting frameworks, and develop dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Regional Operations, Data Science, Partner Management, Finance, and Customer Support teams to drive marketplace improvements and support broader business initiatives.
