What you will do

As a Senior Solutions Developer, you will be a key contributor to Bryant Park's Strategic Solutions—a high-visibility, high-impact initiative that drives meaningful results for our clients. Your primary focus will be coding and testing innovative solutions, but you'll also collaborate closely with teammates to refine designs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your technical expertise while directly influencing the success and scalability of solutions used across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities





Solution Development & Optimization
- Build and maintain solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks, following company coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior developers to continuously improve code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Enhance existing solutions based on client and stakeholder feedback, optimizing for both performance and user experience.

Testing & Deployment
- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Support deployments to production environments, monitor performance, and participate in issue resolution.
- Contribute to evolving processes for version control, deployment, and change management.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Create clear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
