Responsibilities
- Assist in BESS/Solar PV projects execution, commissioning and post sales of solar systems.
- Manage Service Request (SR) tickets handling applicable to client’s needs.
- Work within a team to complete tasks & projects in line with established policies and procedures.
- Understand the full scope of work for a given project including supervision installation, cold commissioning, hot commissioning, integration, troubleshooting and acceptance.
- Help carry out site audit for BESS/solar plant locations.
- Prepare site audit reports, commissioning reports.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.

Qualifications
- English proficiency: intermediate to advanced (essential).




- Electrical Engineering degree in Electromechanics or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with base knowledge of design and power generation.
- Knowledge in project management and time management skills, including an ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines and to establish and maintain good relations with clients.
- Microsoft project tools management.
