Responsibilities:
The Opportunity

He is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy of the modern and Wholesale channel in Chile,



ensuring sustainable business growth and profitability in these markets. This role will lead the sales team of the modern channel in the region, strengthening relationships with key customers (supermarkets and retail chains, AFH and ecommerce), optimizing execution at the point of sale and ensuring the fulfillment of the company's commercial objectives.

Your Impact
- Design and implement the commercial strategy for the Modern Trade channel across all markets.
- Lead and develop the Modern Trade sales team, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
- Manage key customer relationships (supermarkets, retailers, AHF, convenience stores, e-commerce), negotiating strategic agreements on volume, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and strategic adjustments.
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans in coordination with Marketing and Catego
