What the Role Delivers

A Staff Accountant is a cornerstone of financial operations,



uniquely positioned to ensure the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of an organization’s financial data.

Key Responsibilities
In order of relative importance
- Book entries under US-Gaap and Local Gaap (various Latinamerica and other entities)
- Review of payment proposals
- Bank account reconciliation (Shadow/transitory SAP GL bank accounts)
- Account reconciliations in Blackline
- Review of Intercompany Reconciliation
- Ensure correctness of Accounts (Accrual, prepayments, GR/IR, VAT, Payroll)
- Ensure proper organization of archives of your area of operation
- VAT and WHT filings, EC-Listings, Intrastat for different entities in EMEA and other regions
