Patria is currently looking for a full-time FP Project Manager in the Chile Office.

Main Responsabilities

- Coordinating the development of complex financial analysis of variations and trends: understanding metrics and business drivers and interpret their results, identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations to ensure the delivery of the plan.
- Planning and coordinating the budget cycle processes, control and allocation of expenses.
- Managing cash and operating results, aiming to optimize the cash generation of the manager and the return of its funds.
- Coordinating the process of marking the funds: responsible for evaluating the value of investee companies, coordination of the team and partners, inputs of criteria for evaluation.
- Proactively acting by providing strategic inputs to investee companies, advising directors and partners in their area of operation.
- Responsible for managing the complete project life cycle, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time.
- Responsible for elaborating standards and routines for future projects and act as interfaces between company management, departments and project managers.
- Ensure the management board receives relevant feedback supporting them in making decisions.
- Develops timelines, KPIs and ensures progress to plan,



as well as tracking critical project achievements.
- Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team.
- Defines the project's objectives and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements.
- Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and share expertise.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, administration, economics or engineering.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excel expertise, including VBA; experience with SQL and BI tools is an advantage.
- Skill to communicate assertively, critical thinking skills, problem solving, interpersonal relationships.
