Work model
Hybrid, with a minimum in‑office presence of two days per week at the Brickell office - Miami.

Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in first‑level technical support in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of computer hardware
- Experience with print pools
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Office 365, and MS Teams
- Hands‑on experience with Active Directory (users, groups, permissions), DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Share Point, Exchange, MFA)
- Familiarity with the installation and management of digital certificates (A1 and A3)
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and customer service focus
- Fluent English
- Technical or higher education (ongoing or completed) in IT or related fields
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Microsoft (MCSA, AZ-900, AZ-104)
- Experience with Power Shell, azcopy, Robocopy, or other task automation tools
- Knowledge of service desk tools (GLPI, Freshservice, Jira Service Management, etc.)
- Experience in high‑security and compliance environments

Responsibilities
- Attend and log first‑level support tickets, both in person and remotely
- Document all support activities
- Keep the IT asset inventory up to date
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems (workstations and laptops)
- Provide support for cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Share Point, Teams, etc.)
- Assist in managing digital certificates (installation, renewal, and troubleshooting of A1/A3 certificates)
- Ensure the functionality of printing services
- Monitor backup systems
- Identify and escalate more complex issues to higher‑level support
- Assist in implementing information security and compliance best practices
- Ensure meeting room services are fully operational
