JOB DESCRIPTION:
Financial Processing & Compliance
- Approve and review procurement card (P-card) transactions in PeopleSoft
- Ensure account balances are sufficient and follow up on overdue receipts
- Resolve system or vendor issues and initiate dispute processes when necessary

Invoice & Payment Management
- Review invoices for accuracy and compliance before processing payments
- Work with faculty and supervisors to obtain necessary approvals and documentation
- Coordinate with Disbursements to resolve system/vendor issues

Financial Recordkeeping
- Enter approved P-card transactions and invoices into the Shadow System
- Maintain accurate financial records for reporting and auditing purposes

Asset & Inventory Tracking
- Track purchases that meet asset criteria and update the MyAssets database
- Collaborate with IT to conduct annual inventory assessments





Administrative Support
- Serve as a secondary receptionist, greeting visitors and assisting with inquiries
- Maintain business process documents to ensure they are current
- Conduct periodic inventory checks for phones and billing records
- Collect rent payments and update housing records

EXPECTED SALARY:
$16.00 to $18.00 an hour commensurate with education and experience.
